The duo is, next to the solo, the most intimate form of music making and in improvised music perhaps a kind of "supreme discipline". For the three musicians, playing in pairs is therefore a field of play that they like and frequently seek out. Christian Wolfarth has been playing in a duo with both Frantz Loriot and Jason Kahn for several years. They in turn play in various duo formations. In addition, the three are great lovers of solo playing. And sometimes the desire arises for something bigger, for several levels, deeper layers. That's why this trio was created a few months ago.
